FIR CAN BE REGISTERED EVEN IF A COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 138 OF NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT IS SUBJUDICE IN THE COURT

If a complaint under section 138 of N. I. A is pending in the court , is no bar for registration of criminal case on the ground that the cause of action is same.
