In cases where charge sheet ( police report) is
returned by the court on account of some irregularity the same must be
rectified and be submitted within the time limit prescribed by the Section 167
Cr.P.C. and after its return by the court it will amount to non filling of the
charge sheet within the time stipulated
by section 167 Cr.P.C. and the accused will be entitle for default bail, if
charge sheet is not filed . (Achpal
